Our products are treasures and are packed with extra care. However, in the event of damaged, or incorrect products being packed, we are happy to replace the goods at no extra charge. A photo of proof may be required the course content is non refundable. Exchanges are not possible. 

Every attempt will be made to offer this course as publicised, however, Integrative Alchemist reserves the right to adjust program dates and times in order to accommodate for unexpected occurrences. In the event that The Sacred Energy Beauty Ritual must be cancelled a refund will be given. 

If registrants request a cancellation, it must be at least 14 business days prior to the program date. You may cancel by phone or email. A full refund will be given if you cancel 14 business days prior.
